Join us for the first of our Winter Warmers evenings, as paediatrician Lucy Hart shares her experiences of working with Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) in Bangladesh and Afghanistan.
Lucy will give us a fascinating insight into providing medical care in some of the world’s most challenging environments, from supporting Rohingya refugees and local communities in Bangladesh to working in one of MSF’s largest projects in Helmand Province, Afghanistan.
Lucy is a paediatrician based in South London. She began her specialist training in 2016 and has recently completed the eight-year paediatric training programme. During her training, she took two years out to undertake two missions with MSF: in Bangladesh in 2022, and in Afghanistan in 2024.
Tickets: £30 per person
Your ticket includes a welcome drink on arrival and a delicious two-course supper, with the main course provided by The Orange Tree.
A cash bar will be available throughout the evening.
Tickets will be released at the beginning of September.
