Facilities at our venue

Thornham Village Hall and Playing Field offers a variety of well-equipped spaces suitable for a wide range of leisure, sport, and community activities. Whether you’re planning a class, hosting an event, or running a regular group, our flexible facilities can be tailored to your needs.

We provide a straightforward and adaptable pricing structure for all customers. Online booking requests receive a prompt quotation by email, and our team is always happy to discuss your requirements by phone. Registered users can view their bookings, manage their account, and make repeat reservations with ease.

Main Hall

Capacity: 199 people
Pricing: £15.50-£22.00 per hour

The Hall has excellent kitchen facilities with a large kitchen that is well equipped. We have crockery and glasses for around 90 people and the hall can hold up to 100 people seated, or 199 as a standing event. Our tables and chairs are also available for use. The Hall does not provide catering services, so please make your own arrangement for caterers.

Meeting Room

Capacity: 15 people
Pricing: £7.50-£10.00 per hour

A bright, well-equipped space for meetings, training, clubs and small group activities, seating 15 people. Includes tech facilities, use of the kitchenette and independent access. Can be hired on its own or together with the Main Hall for added flexibility.
